Leadership and Team Direction

Develop Product Strategic Direction: Identify and develop product strategy based on user need. Develop Business Cases/Financial models and manage all aspects of a product or program from concept through to implementation to post-management. Strategically develop and manage the successful delivery of business requirements (Feature Sets, User Stories and Epics) through an end-to-end process. Deliver cost/benefit analysis forecasts. Establish a design approach based on what is possible, what will resonate with customers, and what will meet business objectives.

Identify and develop product strategies rooted in user needs. Create comprehensive business cases and financial models while managing all aspects of a product or program lifecycle—from concept and implementation to post-launch management.

Business Requirements and Delivery
Strategically develop and oversee the successful delivery of business requirements, including feature sets, user stories, and epics, ensuring a seamless end-to-end process. Provide detailed cost/benefit analyses and forecasts to guide decision-making.

Design and Customer Alignment
Establish a design approach that balances feasibility, customer resonance, and alignment with business objectives to deliver impactful solutions.

Expertise in Online Technology and Solution Delivery
Possess deep expertise in online technology, with a focus on managing the increasing complexity of user buying flows. This includes areas such as data-driven personalization, integration with new platforms, analytics-based funnel structures, responsive design, integrated carts, and AI-driven features like recommendation engines and chatbots.

Technical Leadership
Collaborate with technical experts to ensure optimal delivery solutions for new initiatives, leveraging experience in planning, workflow development, wireframing, design, and deployment of large-scale SaaS applications.

Comprehensive Launch Management
Oversee the creation and management of all artifacts necessary for a successful launch, coordinating with internal teams (e.g., call center representatives) and external partners (e.g., sales and marketing) to ensure alignment and readiness.

Innovation: I look at projects to see where we can make it different and thus more appealing to the end users. I am an agent of change and build to disrupt the market. Some applications I have built for mobile (like taking a picture of your car after an accident) have become industry standards. So mobile is one of my wheelhouses and my passions. Mobile is the future, as phones replace desktops, and BYOD (Bring your Own Device) become the norm in a burgeoning workplace. We have to learn to shift with the tide!
